What are the dimensions of a cookie?
Our personalized cookies are rectangular and measure approximately 6.5 x 4.5 cm. The round ones measure approximately 7 cm in diameter.
How long can cookies last?
The quality of our biscuits remains optimal for 2 months from the date of manufacture.
As soon as they come out of the oven, they are packaged and shipped to guarantee you the best quality!
Biscuits should be stored in their packaging, away from heat and humidity.
The Best Before Date (BBD) is always indicated in your package.
How can Providencia biscuits be packaged?
Our biscuits can be packaged in several forms:
- In single bags of 2 or 3 biscuits, perfect for your events, as a guest gift or customer thank you;
- In pretty terracotta boxes with hot foil stamping, of 8 or 24 biscuits, an elegant format to offer a gourmet and original gift;
- In a bag of 10 biscuits, to please, and also the good alternative to reduce plastic!
Our personalized cookies are also available in cotton gauze furoshikis in packs of 3 or 4 cookies, to enhance your most beautiful receptions.
Can I add designs to my cookies?
Absolutely! To personalize your cookies, we offer the following designs: ♥︎, ★, crown, clover, or even a small dove or cross for your baptisms, communions, or confirmations.
We can also offer you a double laurel branch motif. Please note, however, that this counts as one line, which will leave you only two lines for your personal message!
Ingredients & sourcing
How are Providencia cookies made?
At Providencia, quality is important to us, which is why each biscuit is lovingly handmade in the Basque Country using carefully selected local, high-quality ingredients.
Our flour is organic flour extracted from wheat grown and milled in the Basque Country from the Lo Molièr Mill located in Saint Pé de Léren in the Basque Country.
Our eggs are from free-range hens at Maison Arradoy in Saint-Jean-le-Vieux in the Basque Country.
Our fresh edible flowers are the work of Maylis from the Indartia Nourishing Nursery in Ascain in the Basque Country or Lucille and Thomas from L'Autre Campagne in Saint Martin de Seignanx.
Our almond powder comes from the only French almond producers' cooperative located in the Cévennes.
Our Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar are sourced with the greatest care by David Vanille, our researcher of exceptional spices.
Our cocoa powder comes from Cacao Barry, founded in 1842.
Our butter is a Charentes-Poitou PDO.
What scents are offered?
For the moment, plain, vanilla, chocolate, speculoos and almond. We can also tailor your perfume.
Do you make gluten-free or vegan cookies?
We do not currently offer vegan biscuits. However, we can (for large quantities) make gluten-free biscuits for people with gluten intolerance, but these are not suitable for people with true celiac disease.
Special requests
I have an important event, when should I order?
The sooner the better! You can always specify your desired delivery date in the order comment!
For your event, we advise you to place your order at least 3 weeks before it.

Providencia offers you the possibility to fully personalize your cookies: we can work together on a personalized flavor, a personalized message or logo as well as a personalized cookie shape!
We can also personalize your labels and packaging!

Providencia strives to deliver to you as quickly as possible, but if you are in a hurry, come and discuss it, we will find a solution together!
Do you offer reduced rates?
We offer you decreasing prices from 100 identical biscuits (same taste, same message), for a quote, contact us!

Manufacturing & delivery time
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We expect a production time of approximately 2 to 3 business days for classic cookies and 7 business days for flower cookies, but we can also accommodate more urgent orders. If necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us directly for more information.
The manufacturing time will need to be added to the delivery time, which will depend on the carrier chosen.
With Colissimo, your package will be delivered within 2 working days;
With Mondial Relay, your package will be delivered to a relay point within 3 to 4 working days.
These times are those indicated by the carriers and we do not guarantee their delivery times in any way!
Are my cookies likely to break?
At Providencia, we take the greatest care in packaging your cookies to protect them as best as possible during transport and ensure they arrive to you intact!
How can I track the progress of my package?
We will send you an email as soon as your order leaves our workshop!
You will find a tracking number and/or a link to allow you to follow its journey.
The carrier will contact you as soon as they are near you!
If the delivery time announced by the carrier has passed and you still have not received your package, we invite you to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Don't hesitate to also send us a message to keep us updated!
